This is not about eating less. Here we gonna talk about how and what we should eat to speed-your metabolism. This is a ‘teaching moment’ and I’m not here to scream at you but maybe your body screams at you: ‘Hey you! I’m starving here’ every single time you decide to loose some extra pounds. So ‘Don’t diet’, that’s the main rule to follow for successful fat-burning and weight loss. It’s definitely the starting point of healthy way of living.

 

Also, let your personal trainer develop an appropriate workout plan to go along with eating less. Don’t forget to visit you physician to be absolutely sure you have no diseases so you can begin your fat-burning program.

 

There are some brilliant foods every girl dreams about. The so-called ‘silver bullet of weightloss’. Those foods that help your digestive system work more efficiently in burning fat. What might be silver bullets that will get you burning fat and slimming down? These are things you add to your everyday food plan, eating in moderation of course!

1. Ginger Gingers’ bright taste can literally “stun” human taste buds. As a result, right after a cup of ginger tea, most people eat less. Unfortunately contrary to popular belief, it does not burn fat. But it blocks off extra appetite and causes a fluid loss in your body, which indirectly contributes to the acceleration of the weight loss.

The grapefruit helps turn off your appetite giving you a sense of being full, and therefore you’ll eat less of other high-calorie foods. Grapefruit contains big amounts of enzymes to clean your body and breakdown fats. Your body’s digestive track will appreciate you eating grapefruit.  

3. Pineapple Remember a few years ago the whole world got crazy to slim down with a pineapple extract – bromeline? Pineapple speeds up your metabolism and makes the accumulated fats to be ‘consumed’ or burned faster; this of course translates to weight loss!  

4. Cinnamon Cinnamon is rich in manganese, calcium and iron. This spice helps to lower the blood sugar level and fights bad cholesterol (LDL). It lowers the level of blood sugar, imitating the body’s insulin activity. In so doing it increases the metabolism of glucose in your body. Cinnamon is almost magical in how it works to transform fats into metabolized sugar – that is sugar that is being burned and coming off your body. A cup of tea with a half of spoon of cinnamon will burn your fat even while you’re drinking it.  

5. Cabbage Cabbage is absolutely the almighty vegetable. First, it’s full of vitamin C, fiber, potassium, and other nutrients which helps to prevent cancer. There are no boundaries with this terrific veggie and it can be added to any eating plan. Cabbage is really rich in vitamines A, B1, B2 and B6 which speed up and support the high level of metabolism. This vegetable is low in calories and is full of water and fiber to leave your stomach feeling full and ready to cut your caloric intake.  

10. Tofu The main advantage of tofu is a high amount of albumen and helix-stabilizing protein. Both of them help you to feel full for a longer period of time and helps curb your appetite.
